Provider Portal Access Guides for Your Billing Team

By George Ruan • October 25, 2026

Choose the portal and task named in Bomi’s message. Most changes require your practice’s portal administrator. Use your own login and the exact billing user or requesting organization supplied by Bomi.

Before granting access

  • Check the practice organization, billing entity and requested permission. A new invitation is different from approving an existing request or enabling a missing payer tool.

  • If the message does not tell you which user or request to approve, ask Bomi for those details before proceeding.

  • After completing the step, tell Bomi what you changed. Our team will verify that its own account can use the intended tool.

Find your portal and task

If your screen is different

Use the guide’s official help or support route and describe the missing task. Tell Bomi the exact menu or permission you cannot find. Do not create another practice organization or send your password and sign-in codes to get around an access problem.

What these guides show

The linked guides use actual portal or vendor-document screenshots where available. Other guides provide sourced written steps or a specific support-assisted route when private administrator controls cannot be verified. A login screenshot alone does not demonstrate how to grant access.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does an invitation mean access is complete?

No. The billing user may still need to accept the invitation, receive the correct organization permissions and verify the intended payer tool.

What if my portal is not listed?

Tell Bomi the portal and task you need help with. We should provide verified instructions for that process rather than ask you to guess which permissions to change.
