First Choice Health: Give Your Biller Portal Access

By George Ruan • October 25, 2026

First Choice Health has more than one online access route. Confirm which portal owns the claim before asking your administrator to change access.

Instructions checked October 25, 2026 against the official sources below. Menu names can change; use the stated support route if your screen differs.

Sections

1. Match the portal to the task

  • For the general provider portal, start at fchn.com/Providers. First Choice Health directs provider-portal registration and sign-in support through OneHealthPort.

  • For First Choice Health-administered claim lookup, use the Claim Status Look Up Tool linked from its official provider resources. First Choice Health says this tool applies when it is the claim administrator and the member ID starts with 870.

  • If Bomi’s request names claims.fchn.com and an existing user, keep that request tied to that portal. Do not create an unrelated OneHealthPort organization or assume every First Choice network claim is administered by First Choice.

2. Have the correct administrator arrange access

  1. Locate the practice administrator for the portal named in Bomi’s message. Have the exact existing billing email/user ID and organization ready.

  2. Ask the administrator to check whether that existing user is associated with the correct practice and can use the requested claims/benefits functions. Do not send the owner’s password.

  3. For OneHealthPort registration/sign-in problems, use OneHealthPort technical support through the official provider page. For an unresolved FCH claim-portal association, contact First Choice Health Customer Care at 800-517-4078 and ask for the access team.

A specific request for the access team

“Our biller already has a user at [portal address], but cannot access [practice organization] for claim follow-up. Our administrator needs the steps to authorize that existing user. Please confirm that this is the right portal for the claim administrator, identify the required role and show us where to assign it.”

The official public resources do not establish the private claims.fchn.com administrator buttons. Use the support-assisted route above rather than guessing a menu path.

3. Confirm access with Bomi

Reply with the portal, organization and step completed. Bomi should verify the intended claim or benefits tool using its own login. A working password or a provider-network listing alone is not proof of access to an administered claim.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does First Choice Health network participation mean it administers the claim?

No. Confirm the claim administrator and use its supported portal.

What if the administrator cannot find the access option?

Ask First Choice Health Customer Care to route the existing-user association question to its portal-access team, using the exact portal address.
