TPN.health: Invite Your Biller to Your Organization

By George Ruan • October 25, 2026

Inviting someone to join TPN.health and adding them to your practice’s organization are different tasks. Use organization membership when Bomi asks to join your practice’s TPN organization.

Instructions checked October 25, 2026 against the official sources below. Menu names can change; use the stated support route if your screen differs.

Sections

Before you start

Have the exact invitation email from Bomi’s request. The person making the change must already be an administrator of the correct TPN.health organization. Keep your own password private.

Invite the billing user

  1. Sign in to TPN.health with your own account. Open My Network → Organizations and select your practice.

  2. In the organization’s left sidebar, choose Members → Add Members. Enter the exact billing email Bomi supplied and complete the invitation shown in your account.

  3. Use the organization’s Manage area to check the member and role. Member is basic organization access; Admin and Owner are broader roles. For a basic membership request, do not grant account administration unless that broader work was agreed.

  4. Ask Bomi to accept the invitation, then confirm the user appears under the intended organization.

If you cannot see Add Members

Check that you opened the organization profile rather than your personal profile. Ask the existing organization administrator to do the invitation. TPN.health’s support address is support@tpn.health; ask: “We need to add our existing billing user as a Member of [organization]. Please help our organization administrator locate Members → Add Members.”

The personal-profile Invite a Colleague option sends a platform-registration invitation. It does not establish membership of your practice organization.

What completion means

Reply to Bomi once the invitation is sent, with the organization name. Bomi must confirm acceptance and visibility. Organization membership itself does not prove payer network participation or claim readiness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Invite a Colleague enough?

No. Use the organization’s Members → Add Members workflow for membership in your practice organization.

Does Bomi need Owner access?

A basic membership request does not require Owner. Confirm the intended work before assigning a broader role.
