Lucet: Request Third-Party Provider Portal Access

By George Ruan • October 25, 2026

Use the Lucet Provider Portal for provider-account support and demographic updates. Lucet WebPass has a separate role for eligibility and authorizations.

Instructions checked October 25, 2026 against the official sources below. Menu names can change; use the stated support route if your screen differs.

Sections

1. Open the provider support route

  1. At lucethealth.com choose Providers → Provider Portal and sign in with your own account.

  2. Open Support → Create a Support Case. Use the subject “Third-party billing access for our practice.”

  3. If you do not have a portal login, use the support-case option on Lucet’s official Provider Resources page instead. Do not register the biller under the provider’s identity.

2. State the authorization and ask for the setup steps

Use this wording, replacing the brackets: “I am [provider/authorized practice representative], and I authorize [named billing company and named user] to help with [specific account update or billing task] for [practice name]. Their business email is [exact address supplied by the biller]. Please tell us the approved third-party access process, the required role and how to activate their own account. Please keep the practice’s own administrator access in place.”

Provide identifiers only in the official secure case fields Lucet requests. If Bomi gave you a verified payer-specific email route, use that exact route; do not infer a private portal invitation workflow from a generic login guide.

3. Track the case and activation

  1. After submission, keep the support-case reference. Use Open Support Cases to review the response.

  2. Follow Lucet’s third-party instructions and have Bomi verify access with its own named account. Reply to Bomi with the case reference and next step; do not send passwords or MFA codes.

If you only need to recover your own login

Use the official login-help instructions below. Password recovery for your account and authorization for a biller are separate tasks. If the public support form is unavailable, use Lucet’s published provider support options and ask for help with an existing provider portal account.
