    After a 15-minute handoff call, we email the BAA and the Services Agreement for e-signature. Same terms: 4% of collections, month-to-month.

    As soon as you sign, George emails the intake: the same NPI, CAQH, tax, bank, license, and malpractice items as the setup checklist.

    Add Bomi to your EHR

    Add us as a billing user. We see the schedule and insurance details, not your notes. New practices do this once credentialing is done.

Why a billing company built an EHR

Most EHRs are software companies that added billing as a feature. We went the other way. Bomi has been a billing and credentialing team for years, and in that time we watched the practices we work with get squeezed by their EHRs: a price that crept up every year, add-ons for things that used to be included, fees that were hard to find until the invoice, and support that answered in days, if at all.
