Guide 1 of 8Bomi is an insurance concierge for therapy practices.

When the fee starts

Nothing is charged at sign-up. The 4% starts when we start billing for you, on money collected from that date. The credentialing stretch before that is free. Moving off Headway, Alma, Grow, or Rula? The 4% applies only to what your own practice collects; what the platform pays you is yours.

Credentialing

We keep your payer credentials current (CAQH, attestations, re-credentialing, roster updates) for as long as you bill with Bomi. Credentialing comes with Bomi Billing; it isn’t sold separately.

Separate from Bomi’s fee

Any EHR subscription you keep, Stripe card-processing fees on client payments (on your own account), and any enrollment fee a payer charges.

Leaving

Month-to-month. Tell us your end date. Your contracts, payer logins, and data stay yours. The handoff is under Getting help.
