We apply under your own practice. Credentialing typically takes 60 to 90 days; some payers take longer. Nothing to cancel on day one.

The payer pays you directly
At the rate on your own contract, which may be higher or lower than the platform’s. Bomi does not provide referrals.
Who holds the contract
Being on a platform’s roster is not the same as being credentialed. The contract is theirs. We credential your practice so the next one is yours.

During the overlap, the 4% applies only to what your own practice collects. What the platform pays you is yours.
