Provider One is Washington’s Apple Health system
HCA identifies ProviderOne as Washington’s Apple Health (Medicaid) system. People searching “provider one” may mean a provider portal or their own client account. This guide was checked October 9, 2026. Start by deciding whether you are doing provider billing work or managing personal coverage.

Providers use the provider login or OneHealthPort route
The provider login below requests a domain, username, and password. Use the provider entry for practice operations. Our suggested bookmark label includes “provider” and the practice’s access route so a staff member can recognize the correct starting point without relying on a search-result title.

OneHealthPort is an access route to ProviderOne
OneHealthPort’s ProviderOne page describes eligibility, prior authorization, claims, payments, provider information, and HIPAA transactions available through the portal. It also directs administrators to role/profile guidance. Use the existing account-setup guide below for user administration rather than treating this overview as a new enrollment application.

SAW is also used for HCA support requests
HCA’s October 2025 instructions require SecureAccess Washington for Provider Enrollment support. That support portal holds enrollment support requests and secure follow-up messages; it is separate from the practice’s ProviderOne billing account.

The old Provider Enrollment inbox is closed
DSHS announced that new Provider Enrollment email requests would stop after December 31, 2025 and move to the SAW HCA support portal effective January 1, 2026. Our recommendation is to update old office instructions that still direct staff to that inbox, while using the appropriate current security channel for login issues.

Clients have different account tasks
HCA’s client-login guide describes ProviderOne services-card replacement, coverage certificates, and other member functions. It separately describes SAW premium payments for CHIP and Apple Health for Workers with Disabilities. Those client workflows do not replace the provider billing portal or establish a clinician’s plan participation.

Apple Health plan portals follow the responsible plan
HCA lists separate managed care plans and their provider networks. Our recommended billing handoff records the member’s service-date plan, the portal used for the actual task, and who owns access. A ProviderOne login does not answer every plan-specific claims, authorization, or network question.
