Healthy Blue Kansas EFT: Already in EnrollSafe?

“Already registered” means your tax ID already has an EnrollSafe account. It does not mean Healthy Blue Kansas direct deposit is active. Sign in to that existing account (or recover it through PayeeHub support), open Current Enrollments, and look for a Healthy Blue Kansas row with an Active status. If there is no row, the EFT enrollment is the step still to do.
Healthy Blue Kansas’s provider manual sends EFT setup and changes to EnrollSafe and ERA preferences to Availity. A KMAP login or another plan’s payment setup does not complete either one.

Registration and Enrollment Are Two Different Steps
The EnrollSafe reference manual describes two separate workflows. Registration creates the portal account for one tax ID, with one authorized Provider Contact who can make payment decisions for it, and needs a current signed W-9. EFT enrollment is a second request made after login, plan by plan, with your bank details and proof.
That is why “already registered” is so common. Someone at the practice, a former biller, or an earlier payer setup created the account for your tax ID, and EnrollSafe will not let you create a second one. The answer is to recover the existing account, not to register again with a different email.
Recover the Account, Then Read the Enrollment
Find the Provider Contact. Ask the owner, office manager, and any former biller who set up EnrollSafe. Check old mailboxes for EnrollSafe registration or login emails.
Recover access through support if needed. If that person has left, contact PayeeHub support with the provider name and tax ID. Do not use a departed employee’s credentials.
Open Current Enrollments. Look for the exact Healthy Blue Kansas plan and use the details view to read the status, enrollment type, associated NPIs, and masked bank account.
Decide what is actually missing. No Healthy Blue Kansas row means you need a new enrollment for that plan. A row that is not Active needs follow-up, not a duplicate.
What Each EnrollSafe Status Means
Pending: submitted and waiting for review. Do not resubmit.
Action Required: EnrollSafe needs more information. Read the exact request.
Active: approved and available for EFT payments for that plan.
Change Enrollment Request Pending: a change is under review. Do not submit another one.
Cancelled or Declined: not active. Read the reason before starting over.
What Slows These Enrollments Down
Bank proof that does not match. EnrollSafe accepts a bank letter or voided check, and it must show the same routing and account numbers you entered and name the bank.
Verification calls. Processing can include telephone verification with the Provider Contact. If that person does not answer or no longer works there, the enrollment stalls.
Missed NPIs. In an NPI-level enrollment, any tax ID and NPI combination you leave off can keep receiving a different payment method.
Receipts mistaken for approval. PayeeHub support answers with an automatic case number. That only confirms your message arrived; the portal status is the real answer.
A new enrollment can affect other plans. EnrollSafe warns that enrollments replace earlier EFT instructions for the enrolled tax ID across participating plans. Review the scope before changing an account other payers already use.
ERA Is a Separate Availity Step
Healthy Blue’s manual puts standard ERA enrollment in Availity, so an Active EFT row does not mean 835 files reach your billing system. Confirm the receiver with your biller. The manual also describes a separate bundled payment option through Zelis; practices on that arrangement do not use the Availity ERA route.
Questions about specific claims or payment amounts go to Healthy Blue, not PayeeHub. PayeeHub handles registration, login, enrollment, banking, and status issues.
Where Bomi Fits
Bomi sets up payer EFT and ERA as separate enrollments and confirms the first payment lands where expected. If you also need state portal access, see the KMAP biller-access guide. If ERAs arrive but deposits do not, see ERA Received but No Bank Deposit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Should I register again with a different email address?
No. EnrollSafe ties one account and one Provider Contact to each tax ID. Recover the existing account through PayeeHub support instead.
Does another plan’s EnrollSafe enrollment cover Healthy Blue Kansas?
Not automatically. Each participating plan has its own row in Current Enrollments, so check for an Active Healthy Blue Kansas row specifically.
Does KMAP delegate access give my biller EnrollSafe access?
No. KMAP and EnrollSafe are separate systems with separate authorizations, and EnrollSafe access runs through the tax ID’s Provider Contact.
