Who needs their own Alaska Medicaid Health Enterprise login
Alaska’s public user-account help puts adding, activating, deactivating, unlocking and password resets with the provider Organization Administrator. A biller should have their own account with assigned roles. Our recommendation is to keep recovery details and any offered MFA with the account owner and never share your password. Before you create access
Check whether the enrolled group or sole proprietor already has an Organization Administrator. The current General Program Information manual says those without portal access can submit the Organization Administrator Change Request Form. Account setup steps
If the practice already has an administrator, ask that person to create your own user access. If an enrolled group or sole proprietor lacks portal access, use the Organization Administrator Change Request Form linked in the current provider forms collection. Add your biller as a separate organization user
The publicly available provider help describes Manage Users > Manage Users > Add New Users. As Organization Administrator, enter the biller’s own name, contact details and unique user ID in the Add User fields, with the initial password requested by the form. Alaska: How to Add Users.
Assign roles by moving the needed items from Available to Selected, then choose Add. The help describes roles as groups of privileges; use the labels shown in your organization’s live account for the biller’s tasks. We have not found a current official list establishing a named Billing Staff role for Alaska, so do not copy another state’s role name. Alaska Add User field descriptions.
Login errors and lockouts
For a forgotten user name, the current public login panel says to contact your Organization Administrator. The public help also describes administrator password resets and account unlocking. Current Alaska provider login.
If the administrator cannot resolve access, use Provider Inquiry on the current official contact page. For a practice that needs an administrator established or changed, return to the Organization Administrator Change Request Form and the current manual’s Portal Access instructions.
