AllOne Health EAP Billing: PROVIDERfiles, Invoices and Deadlines
By George Ruan • October 22, 2026
Public guidance reviewed October 22, 2026. US therapy-practice billing; documentation review, not a live claim submission.
For AllOne Health affiliate counseling, begin with the EAP assignment and invoice instructions rather than a medical-insurance claim template. AllOne publishes an invoice route and a provider portal, while payment setup and case documentation have separate purposes. Keeping those tasks separate makes missing payments easier to investigate.

Where AllOne tells affiliates to submit invoices
The public Affiliate ACH Application names PROVIDERfiles or affiliate.billing@allonehealth.com for invoice submission. It also describes payment setup, including a W-9 or W8BEN and check documentation, and lists Net 45 as the default unless Finance approves other terms. AllOne affiliate invoice and ACH instructions.
For patient-linked billing, prefer the assigned secure portal or another program-approved secure method. An email address printed on a finance form is not permission to send clinical records unprotected. Follow the current referral’s instructions about documents and recipients, and keep bank-enrollment paperwork out of ordinary case invoices unless specifically requested through the proper route.
Do you need an EDI payer ID or HJ?
No universal AllOne 837P destination or HJ rule is established by the affiliate documents reviewed here. They describe EAP invoicing. If a particular assignment supplies a different electronic arrangement, obtain the payer name, transaction type, identifier and coding requirements before configuring it in your EHR.
An internal “AllOne EAP” payer in the practice ledger can help track receivables, but it does not create a clearinghouse destination. Likewise, an ACH authorization moves future payments; it does not transmit the bill that earns the payment.
Prepare the case bill and close-out documents
The older welcome packet calls for a Statement of Understanding, a closure form and billing documentation. Its billing instructions use a 60-day service-date deadline, while another line refers to 60 days from the first visit. It also prohibits direct client charges for missed appointments. Confirm how the current assignment applies these older provisions. AllOne affiliate welcome packet.
Read the authorization and identify the assigned participant, employer program, approved clinician, covered dates and session allowance. Record the rate and any special service requirements.
Reconcile attended encounters to the invoice. Make service dates, case references, session units and the agreed rate clear; do not include cancelled dates as completed counseling.
Complete the required closure information on the program’s timetable. If care is ongoing, ask whether interim invoicing is permitted instead of waiting past a filing deadline for the final appointment.
Use the approved invoice route and retain its confirmation. Track invoice submission, case closure and payment receipt as separate events.
If an invoice is still unpaid
Start with the original submission reference and ask whether the invoice is missing, incomplete, held for case information or processed without payment received. Compare any remittance to the invoice and bank receipt. Do not send an additional invoice number for the same services merely to restart the clock.
When payment arrives, allocate it to the invoiced encounters and apply the agreed contractual adjustments. A bank deposit with no service-level detail is not enough to decide that every open AllOne case has been paid.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does completing AllOne’s ACH form submit my EAP bill?
No. Payment enrollment and invoice submission are separate. Use the current referral’s approved invoice process and keep its submission confirmation.
Should I use HJ on an AllOne affiliate invoice?
The public affiliate materials reviewed here do not establish a universal HJ requirement. Follow the assignment’s invoice fields and any separately documented electronic billing instructions.
Sources and scope
Use the cited program and transaction-specific instructions with your current referral and agreement. Clearinghouse listings establish connectivity, not authorization or a guarantee of payment.
